From designing spaces to creating space for change
For much of my professional life, I was responsible for finding solutions. Today, as a coach, I create space for others to discover their own.
My professional journey has taken me across countries, cultures and seemingly different worlds — from urban development and international retail to luxury design, architecture, entrepreneurship and cross-border business.
I began my career working on urban development and international investment projects in Poland, later becoming Expansion Director for Group Auchan. In Moscow, I worked for CHANEL as its’ Art. Manager, connecting the creative vision of its Paris headquarters with local teams and partners across Eastern Europe.
I went on to co-found and lead an international group of architectural practices (Wrocław - Moscow - Kiev), which eventually evolved into Group-Arch. At its peak, our three offices brought together around 70 architects working across borders and time zones. Building that business taught me that even the most ambitious projects depend not only on expertise and vision, but also on trust, dialogue and the ability to bring very different people together.
Later, my journey took me to France, where I partnered in an innovative photovoltaic project connected to hippic sports: Lou Chibaou.
Living and working in several countries has repeatedly challenged my own assumptions and ways of thinking. Moving to the Netherlands meant reinventing myself professionally once again. As CEO of PCCNL and now Board Member of Maczek Memorial Breda, I continue building bridges between people, institutions and cultures.
Today, I bring these experiences into my work as an organisational consultant and EMCC-accredited Practitioner Coach.
My approach is rooted in a simple conviction: people often have more wisdom, creativity and potential than they realise. My role is not to provide ready-made answers, but to help them discover their own — with greater clarity, awareness and confidence.
I once designed spaces and solutions. Today, I help create the space and connections in which people and organisations can grow.
